Okay, for starters, Accessibility seemed pretty good. Wheelchair accessible aspects were mentioned but I'm not a wheelchair user, so I couldn't test this fully. (I'll let someone else speak to the specifics). The Elevator definitely made navigating the place a breeze (thank god, because those city views are high!). Airport transfer is available, which is always a HUGE plus after a long flight. Car park [free of charge] is another win, especially if you're planning to drive around. Taxi service is readily available too, and the front desk is, of course, 24-hour, which is super important.
Internet: Gotta Stay Connected (Even on Vacation)
Free Wi-Fi in all rooms! YES! Crucially, even the Internet access – wireless was pretty speedy. And for those of you who are old-school like me, the Internet access – LAN is also available if needed. This is important right now, so I'll get right to it… Daily disinfection in common areas, Rooms sanitized between stays, Anti-viral cleaning products, Hand sanitizer everywhere. Seriously, they were on it! They had Hygiene certification, and the staff were clearly trained. Staff trained in safety protocol. They're going above and beyond right now. I really valued this. It felt genuinely safe. Safe dining setup and Sanitized kitchen and tableware items are also super important. And I loved that they offered the Room sanitization opt-out available, so if you were feeling extra cautious. First aid kit available.
Things to Do, Ways to Relax, and Generally Zone Out (Bliss Mode Activated)

I was content on the rooftop.
Spa/sauna: I went to the spa, and I'm not going to lie, I was not sure what to expect. I got the Body scrub, which was actually amazing. Weird when you think about it but great to get all those dead skin cells off you! I didn't get the Body wrap, but I saw other people getting it and they looked like they were in a coma. The Sauna, and Steamroom were great to experience. Massage was also available but I didn't get one. I was content lounging!

Restaurants: I ate at the in-house restaurants a few times. Food was a bit hit-or-miss. The Asian cuisine in restaurant was pretty good, especially the noodles. They did an Asian breakfast too, which was a welcome change. International cuisine in restaurant was also available, and pretty bland. They also had a Vegetarian restaurant which had some good choices. Western cuisine in restaurant was there too. Breakfast [buffet] was extensive but crowded at peak times. I especially liked the Coffee/tea in restaurant.
Bar: The Poolside bar was the highlight. As mentioned before, I spent a LOT of time here. The drinks were great, and the service was fast and friendly. They also had Happy hour (score!). The only downside? It's easy to lose track of time and end up paying too many ringgits. Just a heads up.
Coffee shop: I grabbed coffee at the Coffee shop, and it was pretty decent.
Room service [24-hour]: This is what I needed after all those cocktails! Perfect!
